One features two queen beds, while the other connects through a jack-and-jill style bathroom, providing shared access to a shower while maintaining privacy with individual toilets and vanities for each room.

While there is a dock, please note that the owners maintain their boat on the lift, so dockage is NOT included with the rental. Renters do have access to the HOA boat ramp for day use, providing a convenient alternative. Additionally, guests can enjoy the scenic waters using the provided kayaks and paddle boards.

Before proceeding with your booking, kindly review the following information: This property is managed by a local Islamorada rental company, Freewheeler Vacations. Payments for your vacation rental will be made through Freewheeler Vacations. You will also see a charge from VRBO for their booking service fee which is already included in the total cost. We prefer payments via personal check or eCheck. However, if you opt to pay by credit card, a 3% convenience fee will be applied to your rental. You will receive the Freewheeler Vacations Rental Agreement via email, which must be signed before your arrival. All future correspondence will be made through Freewheeler Vacations.
