Beautiful bay views but a little dirty.

Beautiful bay view and quiet. Had a fantastic time. A few minor issues…it is in need of a deep cleaning, the bathroom walls were filthy. Unit in need of some minor repairs, paint and updates. No sweeper available to use, just a broom. Previous tenant left food they did not want. Wasn’t given gate code to go over to fish tails, just for the pool (not the same code). Also wasn’t given instructions on the unit door code after the number was given to get in, but know know this for next time.

Beautiful Bay View with Some Drawbacks

We enjoyed the quiet location on the bay with a great view of the sunset. The inside of the condo and the grounds were clean. However, the porch area needs a good cleaning, and small repairs are needed to address the wear and tear from previous guests. The second bedroom had comfortable bunk beds but needs a room-darkening curtain; it looked like one had been in place but was missing during our stay. The primary bedroom needs a replacement bed, as it squeaked and moved every time someone rolled over. The furnishings are lived-in beachy, as seen in the photos. Instructions for checking in and the process did not come from VRBO but from Coastal Resorts Sales. VRBO charged a $228 fee but did not provide any services other than acting as a finder. We did not find out until we were leaving that you had to go to a location 60 blocks away to pick up a keyless entry code and a parking pass copy. Additionally, the paper copy of the parking pass had to be returned upon departure, making the process time-consuming and not truly keyless
