The unit has two floors and two private entrances - the primary entrance opens into the main living area, and the second opens into one of the top-floor bedrooms. The bathrooms feature beautiful, back-lit mirrors and under-cabinet lighting. The loft overlooks the main living area and features a twin sleeper sofa; it can be used as an office or a fourth bedroom. The condo includes a gas grill, outdoor seating on both balconies, and a washer and dryer.

This unit sleeps eight people. The primary bedroom is on the first floor, with a king bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is on the top floor, with a queen bed and direct balcony access. The third bedroom also features a queen bed and a twin sleeper sofa.
