Take the stairs up to the second level and into the spacious loft. Here you will also find a second living space with luxe sofas that surround the flat-screen TV

Inclusive Resort Amenities
The guest will then pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee. The fee will be charged via Square with a credit or debit card only. No cash will be accepted. It is a one-time fee per house per reservation. They will be issued a Resort Access Card (2 cards max will be issued per party) to show the front gate of the pool at each entry, they will also be issued the 4-digit code for the month that will allow access to the gym. Guests will need to have this card in their possession on the pool deck as well for staff to verify if asked.
Guests will need to bring a copy of the receipt and a valid ID to the clubhouse to pick up the access card.
-1 to 12 guests is $35
-13+ guests is $45

Included with your stay is full use of the year-round, first-class resort amenities at ‘THE CLUB’ giving you a luxury vacation experience of a lifetime (Regarding resort amenities, please note that our organization cannot assume responsibility for their availability. Any closures or maintenance issues fall under the purview of the resort's management).

Guest Access:
Guests have keyless access to the entire house using the digital lock with a keypad on the front door as well as private outdoor areas.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car with free parking included during your stay.

Guests can also use a taxi service or a rideshare company like Uber with plenty of cars at any time of the day or night.

Other Things to Note:
NO STREET PARKING. Please park in the driveways and designated area only.
Resort pass sharing is not allowed.

Please send your pool request 3 days before your arrival.
The pool heater must be turned on for the full duration of your stay.

Please send your grill request 1 week before your arrival.
Please note that the oil pan should be placed under the grill. Additional cleaning fees may be charged if the patio floor is dirty/stained.

Check in and check out
-We have a firm check-in time at 4PM
We cannot provide early check-in during this time due to the busy holiday season and pandemic

Should you arrive at the property earlier, feel free to explore the resort clubhouse, where you will have full access to the resort amenities

Amenities at the property
• Linens and bathroom towels
- Towels provided are only for bathroom usage, please bring your own towels from home for pool, beach, waterpark etc. usage
• Trash bags, toilet paper and paper towel
- Starter amounts are provided for these amenities, they will most likely be insufficient for the duration of your stay
- You will need to buy extras of these on your own if you need more as we do not provide more than the given starter amount
In addition to all this, there’s also a convenience store for any last-minute items and treats.

We take your health and safety seriously. Our home is professionally cleaned and disinfected before every stay, and we follow all CDC and WHO guidelines to ensure a safe and comfortable stay.
We use hospital-grade cleaning products and pay special attention to high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and countertops. Our linens and towels are washed and dried on high heat settings to kill any bacteria or viruses.
