This beautifully renovated waterfront home accommodates up to 10 guests and provides ample space and comfort for everyone.
The upper lounge boasts hardwood flooring, inviting lounges, air conditioning, a dining area with panoramic views, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a dishwasher and user-friendly electric cooking facilities. Upstairs, three bedrooms are furnished with cozy queen beds. The master bathroom is brand new and has a shower and a toilet. An additional toilet is conveniently located upstairs near the fully equipped laundry.
The lower level has undergone a complete refurbishment, featuring a second tiled lounge area adorned with a luxurious leather sofa, sliding glass doors leading to a second covered alfresco space, and two additional bedrooms with queen beds. Completing the downstairs amenities is an exquisite bathroom with a tub, shower, and toilet.
Three out of the four bedrooms offer breathtaking blue water views across the lake. Off-street parking is plentiful, and the entrance is via a sun-drenched front deck. Linens are provided for your convenience and comfort.
Brightwaters is just a short five-minute drive from Morisset Park and the renowned '8 at Trinity' restaurant and bar. Coles in Bonnells Bay is also easily accessible, along with several excellent coffee and dining establishments along Southern Lake Macquarie. Situated on the western foreshore of Lake Macquarie, Brightwaters and Morisset surrounds provide the ideal setting to explore the saltwater haven inhabited by resident dolphins and sea turtles. Bring your own kayak or paddleboard, or opt for the convenience of Lake Mac Kayak and Bike Hire, a mobile service delivering equipment seven days a week. Feel free to also take a dip in Brightwaters bathes which is about a five minute walk from the house.
