“Longshot” - Take a break and enjoy a holiday just a short walk to the Middleton surf beach. You will be very comfortable in this two-storey home located between Port Elliot and Goolwa on the Fleurieu Peninsula.
The Space:
Downstairs:
On the ground floor is a European laundry with washing machine. Bedroom two has views to the back and front yard out of large windows. It comprises a king bed and a built-in robe.
Bedroom three with queen bed and built in robe with views on to the back yard.
Bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet.
Upstairs:
The roomy master bedroom has a king bed and built in robes and is accessed either by the kitchen or the two-way bathroom with toilet, shower and vanity. There are glimpses of the sea from the windows.
Upstairs is open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, gas cook top, electric oven, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and bar stools at the bench.
Step down to the lounge room with wood fireplace, ceiling fan, TV and ample lounge seating. Large picturesque windows with electric blinds.
Reverse Cycle Split System
Timber Deck with outdoor furniture and bbq.
Carport parking and driveway for an extra vehicle.
