Positioned behind the dining area, you’ll enjoy spending time with the family in the spacious and contemporary kitchen, fitted with AEG appliances, feature LED lighting, a stone island bench and a butler’s pantry.Keep walking through the kitchen and you will find two modern bedrooms, fitted with built-in robes, queen sized beds and a private study area. All bedrooms have sunscreen and block out shades, for a great night’s sleep. Don’t forget, every room is fitted with ducted heating and cooling, meaning you’ll never be too hot or cold!

Coming back towards our open-plan living area, you’ll find the perfect space to dine with loved ones at our unique Tuscan-like table situated under a warm and welcoming feature light. Ideal for those late-night games…or a cheeky nightcap.

Positioned behind the dining area, you’ll enjoy spending time with the family in the spacious and contemporary kitchen, fitted with AEG appliances, feature LED lighting, a stone island bench and a butler’s pantry. Next to the kitchen you will find our open plan primary living area, which oozes luxury and comfort. A well-appointed leather couch lies in front of an idyllic electric fireplace and smart TV, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day at the beach.

Now for the eye-catcher…the stairs. Positioned halfway between the kitchen and living area you won’t miss the impeccably designed Tas Oak stairs, with each step lit up by LED lights. Walking up these, you’ll feel like royalty. When you find your way to the top, you’ll be welcomed by copious amount of sunlight, streaming through the sheer curtains, and saturating the large secondary living area. One of the first things you’ll see is the 85” TV, perfect for those much-needed movie nights.

To the right of this incredible space, you’ll find the Master Bedroom. This 5 by 5 room offers a king-sized bed, bathed in natural light. This room will make you feel right at home, with everything you need from a walk-in robe, to a beautifully designed ensuite. This room is installed with a sliding door that walks out onto a large deck overlooking the whole of Georges Bay, with sights of the Bay of Fires and other incredible landmarks, you’ll want to grab a good book and a coffee from the local café and admire the unique views of the East Coast all morning.

Take a look over the top deck and you’ll find an outdoor firepit and sitting area, tucked away so that privacy is priority. Imagine sitting out under the incredible sunset on a warm summer night with the fire crackling and the kids playing… you’ll be in heaven!
With a private and secure driveway, you’ll be able to keep cars and kids safe on this fully fenced property.
We can’t wait to welcome you to our beautiful home. You won’t experience anything else like it.
