Step into a haven of relaxation as spacious living areas seamlessly connect to a generous entertaining deck, thoughtfully adorned with an outdoor lounge, BBQ, chiminea, and a covered dining area.

THE SPACE
Situated just a short 15-minute walk from the beach and a quick 7-minute drive to Rye, this privileged location grants easy access to hot springs, prestigious golf courses, a delightful brewery, and charming wineries.

Welcome to a coastal haven exuding unparalleled charm, where a custom-built 5-bedroom holiday home awaits with sprawling indoor and outdoor entertaining spaces.

Nestled amongst the tranquil coastal moonah and ti-trees, this extraordinary retreat boasts two main living areas and a total of five bedrooms to ensure ample space for relaxation and rejuvenation.

All bedrooms and living areas are all located upstairs. The master bedroom, features a king-sized bed, with access to a delightful wraparound veranda. The room also boasts a walk-in robe and an ensuite. Accompanying this space, discover four other generously sized bedrooms that ensure a restful night's sleep for all.

The heart of this enchanting home lies within its main living area, where a cozy fireplace invites you to unwind and bask in its warm embrace. The seamless flow to the dining and kitchen areas creates a delightful space for communal gatherings, with the added allure of overlooking the outdoor balcony.

The convenience of a separate laundry room, equipped with a washer and dryer.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

Guests have the choice of:

BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring their own fitted, sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their own beach, bath and tea towels along with hand towels and bathmats. Refer to the home’s description for the bedding configurations.

Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire full linen set for $30 per bed which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. All beds are the same price.

Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person which includes 1 bath towel and 2 tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).

Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom which includes a bathmat and hand towel.

Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.

If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for any additional pricing.

For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours notice as last-minute requests may not be possible.

Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs.

Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised

We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family-friendly. There is a guest guidebook at the home with recommendations on what to do in the area, this gives dining options and local attraction suggestions. If you would like a copy of this before your stay, please let us know and send us your email address. If you need any advice, we are happy to assist.
