We were very excited about this property however we had some challenges. First we did not have internet until the evening of the second day. My son and I were working remotely which caused many challenges for us. Our feet were black after walking on the floors. I had to clean everything. The beds were not as described. They were doubles. Not fulls or queens. We were not informed about the hot water taking 5 to 10 minutes to warm up and the fact that all of the lines are switched meaning the cold is actually hot and the hot is actually cold. Spent well over an hour with the property manager trying to work this out and I actually went to a friend's unit to shower because we had plans. The TV did not work until I paid infinity to connect it and the tv’s in the bedrooms did not work because they did not have the cables to connect them. The unit had a mildew smell to it. This could have been a nice unit however I wasted the first 2 days of our vacation working with the property manager who was fantastic and cleaning. Needless to say I will not be renting this unit again. I have never ever had a problem with a rental on here until now. I spent a lot of money and was thinking about staying a few more nights however with what we went through we decided to come home.
