This is a comfortable 1012 sq ft, 2 bed, 2 bath, fully equipped kitchen, full living room, and full bathroom family, Condo. This is newly renovated with a welcoming feel.

All pictures shown are areas of the full house you will have private and exclusive access to. This includes the entire apartment and balcony with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen.
I give my guests space but am available when needed.
The neighborhood is a residential neighborhood and is exceptionally safe and quiet.
Other things to note:
Boats need to be parked at the designated boating parking adjacent to the property.
Guests are not allowed to grill or cook on the front or back balcony.
A simple identity verification procedure and rental agreement confirmation are required during check-in by local safety regulations with an easy-to-use form to complete on your smartphone.
