IMPORTANT
Before you arrive you will be asked to:
1. Complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification.
2. Choose between a refundable deposit of $750 (plus admin fee $15) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $100 (plus non-refundable admin fee $15).
3. Sign our rental agreement

House Rules/Additional Info:
• The nightly rate covers accommodation for up to 6 guests. The property has a strict maximum occupancy of 8-10 guests. We do not accommodate more than this under any circumstances. However, if additional guests stay without prior approval, a further charge of $50 per person, per night will apply. Please ensure the correct number of guests is included in your booking to avoid these charges.

Other things to note
• Self check-in is available from 2:00pm and check-out is at 10:00am.
• Your payment acknowledges that you and your guests commit to our Rental Agreement.
• You'll receive our Rental Agreement via email for your review, agreement, and signature after booking.
• Please be considerate of our neighbourhood by observing quiet time between 10:00pm to 8:00am.
