This beautiful vacation home,Hacienda Bonita is in an exclusive and gated community in Cabo San Lucas, Ventanas Residence. The complex is located high on the hill featuring sweeping panoramic views of Cabo & the Sea of Cortez. Ventanas offers many amenities and has a peaceful setting to enhance your experience. We are close enough to town to be convenient and far enough away to be relaxing and soothing about 7 minutes to downtown and stunning beaches, 3 minutes to Costco and 5 minutes to Walmart.

This home is more than 2,000 sq ft. It has three spacious bedrooms that are individually air-conditioned, 2 1/2 bathrooms, 2 terraces, wifi, a washer and dryer & a 2 car garage.
It offers a beautiful open floor plan where the kitchen, living area & dining area have sliding glass doors that open onto the 1st level terrace.
In the evenings, on the rooftop terrace, settle into the comfortable seating for everyone to enjoy the sunset and take in the view, or in the morning, enjoy a cup of coffee or sunbathe in the afternoon. There is plenty of space for friends and family to relax endlessly. There is also a BBQ grill up there to cook your catch of the day or some tasty carne asada from the local butcher shop.

The second and the third bedroom each have a queen size bed and walk in closets with a shared bathroom.
The half bathroom is located on the living area level.
