Lake Leelanau Home Perfect for a Family Vacation

Seminole is part of the Leelanau Rustic Resort and is the perfect place to make lasting vacation memories. This home is located on Lake Leelanau and offers space for 8-10 guests within its three bedroom/2 bathroom layout. The master bedroom has a queen bed and attached bath. The first guest room has a queen bed and the second has two twins. The sofa sleep pulls out to allow sleeping for an additional two guests and there is a full sized air mattress for those guests wishing to accommodate 10 guests.

Seminole has all of the comforts of home including a washer and dryer, air conditioning, ceiling fans, board games, and a gas grill. For those guests wishing to stay connected, the home has wifi and cable television services. A row boat and life jackets are provided for guest use. We recommend taking time to sit on the spacious deck and take in the peaceful view of lovely Lake Leelanau, take a dip in the swimming area, and relax.

With just a short proximity to many area attractions, Seminole is in the heart of the best of what Northern Michigan has to offer.

Leelanau Rustic Resort is a private resort of homes located on Lake Leelanau. Common areas within the resort are shared between guests including the large sandbox and playground. Campfires and pets are not allowed within the resort. Fireplace within the cottage is not for guest use.

***Linens (bed sheets, bath towels, kitchen towels) are not included with rental pricing. Please contact management company if you would like to add linens on for an additional fee.***

Please note that this home is rented for your quiet enjoyment. Due to liability reasons, township rules and insurance policies, day guests are not permitted without expressed permissions from Management. Guest capacity for the home is NOT to be exceeded at any time. Guests not adhering to this rule could face a fine or eviction as outlined in our terms and conditions that are agreed upon by renting our home. Capacity is strictly enforced and randomly checked.

We will provide a starter package of paper towel, toilet paper, garbage bags, hand soap, dish soap and/or dishwasher tabs if a dishwasher is available at the property. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase more of these items. Other items not included in this list are not guaranteed. Please reach out to management to inquire if a particular amenity is important to your stay, or plan accordingly.
