Luxury DIRECT Oceanfront Michelina condo w/Resort style amenities. Minimum one month rental required per the Condo Association in condos purchased prior to 2019 (us). Rentals are 1st thru 30th, no months can be split. We choose to only rent the month of December OR April as stand alone months in the "Winter Rental Season" (December - April). Longer rentals are welcomed and the rates can be negotiated for 6 months or more.

ADDITIONALLY:
-A Lease is required by Owner - separate from VRBO - by all Tenants/Renters.
-The Michelina Condominium HOA requires the following to be mailed by the Owner
to Vesta Property Managers, a minimum of 30 days before the Tenant's arrival the
following: (1) a Renter's Registration (SS# Required) Form completed, (2) the
Tenant's Vehicle(s) tag(s) numbers & Driver's License #'s are Required for Parking
passes & (3) a signed Michelina Rules & Regulations Acknowledgement Form to be
completed & signed for the safety of our Renters and the Michelina Community.
-A Refundable (if no damages) Security Deposit is collected by Owner at check-in.
-Long-term Renters of 2 months or more are required to pay their own Electricity via
FPL Statements for duration of their Lease as part of the Rental Expense outlined in
the Lease.
