Coastal 5 Bedroom Rye beach escape - suitable for families or groups.
Our 5-bedroom 3-bathroom retreat comfortably sleeps 8 adults and up to 4 children (12 people in total), so is perfectly suited for families or groups. Situated in Rye with elevated views, fully equipped with all you need to unwind and relax with family and friends no matter the season.
Upstairs comprises of a flowing kitchen/dining/living area with a fully appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a stunning elevated view into the treetops. The kitchen comprises a stone topped bench with gas cooktop, double ovens and twin-drawer dishwasher. The upstairs area is perfect for either winter or summer getaways with a fire place in the living room for those cooler winter days and doors that open onto both front and back balconies to provide sea breezes and garden views in the summer months.
There is a spacious guest bedroom upstairs with a queen bed, a built-in robe and separate bathroom and powder room. The bathroom consists of a shower, vanity with storage and large spa bath.
Downstairs is an entertainers dream with multiple spaces to relax with family and friends. There is a living room with doors that open out onto a covered alfresco area and spacious deck. Multiple seating options are provided including a modular outdoor setting with coffee table and an outdoor dining table as well as a fire pit ensure all guests have somewhere to sit and relax. This all leads to a covered entertainment area with built in kitchen including BBQ, sink, dishwasher, drinks fridge and smart TV. Heating and cooling options are also provided. A high-top table with 4 stools complements the space.
The remaining 4 bedrooms, fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer and two more bathrooms are located downstairs. The master bedroom has an ensuite and walk in robe. Quality bed linen and bath towels are provided for all guests, along with basic toiletries. We have also provided a range of board games, cards, outdoor games and books to provide further entertainment.

BEDROOM 2 - One queen bed with built in robe
BEDROOM 3 (upstairs) – One queen bed with built in robe

BEDROOM 5 – 2 sets of single bed bunks (sleeps 4 - we recommend children only in these bunks).
Interior climate can be controlled utilising the gas log fire, split system cooling/heating and/or ceiling fans.
We are required to be registered with the local council as a short stay provider so all guests need to comply with the code of conduct which strictly advises that outdoor decks, pools, spas etc are not to be utilised between 11pm and 7am to limit noise disturbances to neighbours. Our registration number is STRA0586/21. We cannot accommodate bookings for events, parties or schoolies groups.
Please always be mindful of our neighbours. Should we be contacted by our neighbours at any time during your stay due to excessive noise or other such complaints, your booking may be terminated and no refund will be issued.
Please send us a message if you would like to bring your pet along. Pets are to sleep outside, not on beds or couches. There may be additional cleaning fees imposed if required.
A double garage provides additional access internally via the laundry. There is also plenty of parking available in the driveway; please note it is quite steep.
