The lower level offers an open plan design with a large kitchen, fantastic for families and friends that want to cook and dine together, the dining table large enough to sit 10 people. The living & dining rooms have direct access onto the north facing outdoor area. The garden is fully fenced and captures wonderful north orientated sunshine, there is ample room for dining outside and cooking up casual meals using the BBQ.

Also on this lower level is the master bedroom with queen bed plus an ensuite and spacious walk-in robe, there is a second bedroom with 2 x single beds. A large laundry off the kitchen and powder room for guests. Upstairs offers two generous bedrooms, one with queen bed and the other with 2 x bunk beds, there is a main bathroom with bath and shower situated in between the bedrooms. Also on this level is the second living space with large TV and flows out to a balcony, another great space to enjoy breakfast on the balcony or reading outside, open up the double doors and let the fresh sea air flow inside.

This is a great holiday home that offers amazing convenience, spaces for everyone in the house, sun aspect and privacy. Perfect for entertaining and the best part is the easy walking distance to all amenities cafes, restaurants, shops, national park walks, golf course. Off street parking for multiple cars. Quiet no through road in Anglesea.
