Hot Tub never worked

We reserved this place specifically because it had a private hot tub. After paying 4x the normal nightly rate because we stayed during the eclipse, the private hot tub never worked. We tried it the first night and it did not work but so decided to try it again in the morning when we could see the controls better. I then spent most of my day texting back and forth with the property management company, Cozi Rental, while I was trying to enjoy the eclipse event. After several troubleshooting tips from Cozi and the tub still not working, I asked them to send out a tech hoping they could get it working and we could use it for the last night of our stay. The property manager declined my request and said they would send someone the next day. When I informed them I was checking out then and requested a partial refund for the non-working private hot tub, they indicated my signed agreement covered this and no refund would be issued. However, the only reference to hot tubs in their rental agreement is for common area hot tubs not managed by Cozi, however this was a hot tub specifically designated to the unit. Interestingly, there was a binder in the unit with details and instructions on how to work everything at the property, except the hot tub. While the property is beautiful in a lovely area, it was a disappointing stay because in addition to the non-working hot tub, the dishwasher didn’t clean dishes, mold was on the bathroom wall, and the non-stick cookware was scratched & unusable.
