From the moment you arrive, you'll be amazed by the beautiful views over the Rosedale beach and to the ocean beyond. This beach front home has amazing views of both the beach and the spotted gum tree bushland from the living rooms and bedrooms with multiple decks also strategically designed to maximize your enjoyment during your getaway.

This luxurious and expansive beachfront family home offers the perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and convenience. With four generously sized bedrooms and four bathrooms, it’s designed to accommodate the entire family with ease. The property features three separate indoor living areas, each thoughtfully equipped to provide relaxation and entertainment for everyone. It is suitable for a large family, 2 -3 families or 4 couples. Different bedding configurations are available on request including joining 2 singles into a double bed.

There is a well-equipped chefs kitchen with high-quality appliances, including an excellent coffee machine that grinds beans. See the amenities list for a more details. The main living and dining room boasts a Sonos sound system, ideal for setting the mood for any gathering. Adjacent is the Piano/TV room, complete with a TV, an amazing Avant electric grand piano, and another Sonos sound system, creating a perfect space for music lovers and movie enthusiasts alike. Off street car parking includes electric car charging.

Downstairs, the multipurpose/TV room offers a variety of entertainment options with a TV, Sonos sound system, games, and books. All living rooms are complemented by plush king-furniture couches that invite you to unwind while enjoying the stunning ocean views.

Wake up to the gentle sounds of waves crashing and be greeted by the soft hues of sunrise over the water.

4th Bedroom: 1x Bunk bed and 2x single.
( We also have a trundle bed available and the single beds can be joined to form a double bed if requested ahead of time)

Sheets and towels are provided. Please bring your beach towels or hire can be arranged through Blissful Bedding.
Note: The trundle(which is under the bunk bed) & top bunk beds will not be made up when a guest checks in, there will be sheets in the downstairs hall cupboard for guests to use to makeup the top bunk and trundle and spare blankets and pillows, if required for these beds.

The beds are very comfortable and the 3 queen sized beds have adjustable bases. Every living room and bedroom has reverse cycle air conditioning for heating and cooling. The 4 bathrooms are heated with underfloor heating and heated towel rails, ensuring comfort throughout the year, making this the ideal family retreat no matter the season.

For those who love the outdoors, the property features two warm outdoor showers, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. A BBQ area invites you to enjoy al fresco dining, making the most of the beautiful beachfront setting. The property also has a direct private path through the garden to the beautiful Rosedale Beach.

Please Note: Arrival Time for Peak & High Seasons is 4:00 pm. All other seasons have a 2:00 pm check-in.

Our peak bookings are running from Saturday to Saturday this year. Please contact us if you would like to request a different period.

Peak: Dec & Jan School Holidays (7 Night Minimum), Easter (4 Night Minimum).

High: Dec, Jan, School Holidays, Long Weekends (3 Night Minimum).

Mid: Feb, Mar, Apr, July School Holidays, Sept, Oct, Nov. ( 3 night Minimum)

Low: May, Jun, Jul, Aug. (3 night minimum)
