COURTSIDE VILLAS COMMUNITY:
A short walk from the beach, and nestled along the road way of Deallyon Avenue is the community of Courtside Villas. This 120 villa complex has a lagoon view and pool centrally located in the courtyard of 49 through 120 Courtside. Along with this the villas of 1-48 Courtside share a pool with the community of Island House which is located in the courtyard area behind those villas. The Courtside pool is open seasonally from April 1st through October 31st.

Coligny Beach Park-one of the most popular and favorite beaches on the Island. It offers outside showers, restrooms, swings, free WIFI, seasonal beach equipment rentals, walking and biking paths.
