Welcome to Seascape 3074! This Modern Oasis has everything you will need to create everlasting family memories.

The main living area is five steps up from the entry level. The kitchen opens to the living space on the main level and has white appliances, with white cabinetry and granite countertops. The living room area is comfortably furnished and opens to a large deck looking out to one of the two pools on the property.

The second floor has two bedrooms and two nicely remodeled bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and access to a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with the use of a hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

The Seascape Villa complex has its own designated beach access walkway with a cabana and restrooms along the pathway.

HHI Lovely Seascape Escape

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed our short stay at this beautiful two bed, two bath condo in South Forest Beach, Hilton Head. Our good friends own a condo in same community and this rental is in next building over from them. It was so nice being close yet having our own space. The deck was so large compared to others in community and it backed right up to the pool area. Great location being right across from the beach. The place was beautifully decorated and had the most comfy beds! Remodeled so nicely. Loved our stay!

Great place for a couple

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very convenient apartment with great location. Short walk to the beach and to restaurants/shopping area. The property is well equipped, clean and cozy. Next time we are back to HHI, we will be back to this property !
