Poor Communication Difficulties with Parking
Although the property was as described, I had some issues related to poor communication with the property manager and accessing the "secure underground parking."Our check-in was set for Friday at 4:00PM. However, after reaching out to the property manager via VRBO multiple times, I had not heard back from him. I was starting to get concerned that the listing was a scam, as I was not provided the check-in details, despite paying in full. He finally got back to me with the check-in information around 5:00PM (1 hour after check-in was supposed to be).Upon arriving to the unit, it was found to be as described on the listing. Unfortunately, the gold key to access the "secure underground parking" was not in the unit. The property manager was not very helpful while trying to problem-solve this, and I had to call/text him multiple times to get a response. On the first night, I had to park on the street. This issue was not solved until 12PM on Saturday - I had to go to a different unit in the same complex to get the key from there. This whole parking situation was honestly a huge headache and source of frustration. Overall, I would not recommend staying here and would not stay here again.
