This unit has a convenient half bath on the first floor, an ensuite, and a hallway bathroom with beautiful, modern, spacious single vanities, stylish tile, and a tub/shower combo. Each bathroom is fully stocked with fluffy towels and all the essentials you may need during your stay.
This unit can sleep 6. You'll find the bedrooms on the second floor, each designed to help you unwind and relax while you enjoy your vacation. Bedroom #1 has a queen-sized bed with a wall-mounted smart TV and a roomy closet for all your belongings. Bedroom #2 has a trundle bed offering two twin beds, and both are outfitted with luxurious bedding and pillows. Lastly, the primary bedroom is tucked in the back and includes a plush king-size bed, a crib, a spacious closet, a wall-mounted smart TV for all your late-night movie binging, a private full-size bathroom, and a private balcony.
Unit to the Right: Two Floors - 3 Bedrooms / 2.5 Bathrooms
This unit is a mirror image of our next-door unit. There is a convenient half bath on the first floor and two more ensuite full baths with marble countertops and modern walk-in showers. Each bathroom is fully stocked with fluffy towels and all the essentials you may need during your stay.

LAUNDRY - 2 WASHERS / 2 DRYERS
In this unit, both laundry rooms are on the 2ND floor. A set of modern stacked washers/dryers is in the primary bedroom, and the other is in the hallway closet, all complete with detergent and dryer sheets for making vacation laundry a breeze.
OUTDOOR SPACE & PARKING

The house is ideally located in the Tower Grove East neighborhood, between the beautiful parks and areas of Lafayette, Soulard, and Benton Park. With easy access to I-44, I-64/40, and I-55/70, you can visit the Arch, City Museum, Forest Park/Zoo, Barnes/CWE, Cortex, Busch Stadium, Fox Theater, St. Louis U, The Grove, Cherokee Street, Tower Grove, Peabody Opera House in just 5-10 minutes drive.
Tower Grove East is a quiet neighborhood anchored by the internationally renowned Tower Grove Park. Walk through the community and enjoy the century-old architecture and beautiful gardens.
When it's time to eat, we have some incredible local options nearby! Head to the affordable James Beard-nominated "Lona's Lil Eats" for lighter fare. For great BBQ, Blues, and Beer, check out "Shaved Duck," a place made famous on the popular "Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives" TV show. Or for breakfast, there is "Rooster," which earned "Best Breakfast in Missouri"! Not to mention, the nearby South Grand restaurant scene represents 14 nationalities!

The best way to get around is by car, with most highways nearby. You can also use the Metro Link light rail system to access many major attractions.
St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see many Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!
