This cozy-designed unit welcomes you with open arms to its wonderful layout as you enter the open kitchen fitted with high-quality appliances such as a fridge, gas hob oven, microwave, washing machine, and other household accessories. The minimalist dining set for two will invite you to bond with your loved ones as you prepare a sumptuous meal, whether home-cooked or takeout.

Next to it is a minimalist yet contemporary-style living area. Sit back or lounge on its comfortable sofa that is convertible into a bed (sleep 1) and embrace the sophistication of modern living during your stay while watching your favorite TV shows on a 55" flat-screen television. The space has neutral colors from its accessories, not to mention the timberwood table centerpiece, down to the wall decor and the aesthetic drop light.

The area has oversized windows that make the area more bright throughout every corner of the unit, completing the refined style of the place. Business Bay an ideal place for busy travelers who like to be accessible to all hotspots of Dubai, including Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and the Dubai International Financial Center.

Our guests also enjoy great connectivity from there to almost all parts of the city as it is located on one of the busiest roads of Dubai that is Sheikh Zayed Road. It has good underground train connectivity also taxis are readily available at any time.

High-end restaurants, cafes, shops, and more surround you. You can also easily access the Dubai International Trade Centre Exhibition Halls by riding a train at the metro station. It’s the place to be!

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. The metro station is only a few minutes' walks away. Taxis are usually frequent around here to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.

Many things are accessible by foot as well (restaurants, cafes, pharmacy, supermarkets).

The fastest and easiest way from DXB by taxi (20min). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (40 minutes, 7.5 AED per person).

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
