Beach trip

We love Pensacola beach. It’s beautiful and Emerald Isle doesn’t disappoint. The condo was decorated nicely but limited on kitchen items. Be sure to get your toll pass ahead of time. The pools are nice and clean. My family enjoyed our stay.

Excellent overall experience. Elevator capacity was limited at check in - not enough carts and everyone checked in at 4:00 so the process was approximately 45 min wait to go upstairs to our room.

Clean, nice condo on pensacola Beach.

Clean, tastefully decorated 9th floor condo. Extra perk - beach chair service included! Short walk from condo to beach maybe 10 - 15 yards. Within walking distance to Pensacola boardwalk. Would recomend.

We loved our condo! Beautiful views and we loved the decor. Only issue was the floors. They were filthy. Within minutes of arriving, my toddler had black feet from the dirt on the floor. A worker came and mopped. She was very nice and professional. Great overall experience! We are already looking forward to coming back!

Just an off time for a beach vacation

Tropical storm warnings so couldn’t get in the water the first two days. Smoker above us so couldn’t sit out on balcony much. Late night search and rescue chopper and boats looking for drowning victim on the 3 rd night. Pool noise till 1 am . Not a relaxing experience.

Loved location

We loved the view, loved the condo and its location. The furnishings were very nice and there was more than enough room for my family of four. We have kids in their mid 20’s and Internet is important to all of us. We’re not those who “unplug.” 😂 The Wi-Fi at the condo was terrible to the point of hardly any connection available, and this is a BIG negative for us. Management did what they could and were very understanding, which was great, but it did not improve the Wi-Fi. Unless they make improvements in the future, we will not be rebooking at Emerald Isle. We did see this noted in previous comments, but really didn’t realize how bad it was. If something changes, we look forward to future stays there. Nice employees!

Awesome location! Several restaurants in walking distance & the beach was never too crowded!

We thoroughly enjoyed Pensacola Beach! Less commercial than some of the other overrated beaches. Very laidback atmosphere, wonderful accommodations, & great weather! Will definitely be back!

Disappointed

Lots of light bulbs did not work. No toilet paper, no cleaner for just daily messes, no garbage bags, codes never worked, had to be let in by staff majority of the time. No pans to bake anything in the oven. TV in the bedroom (twin beds) would never load so the kids had to sleep in the living room in order to watch TV. On top of all of that my son plugged his iPad charger in and was left with an electrical burn and a fried charger. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Great location but needs some care

Could not beat the location - close to beach and restaurants. Beds comfortable and clean. The condo is partially updated, but some of the seating is pretty shabby and dirty, like the dining chairs and living room chairs. Also thick layer of dust on the decorative pieces and vents that was pretty off-putting. A thorough HVAC cleaning would go a long way.

Everything was great. Great location, nice decor in the condo.

We had a great time. The unit was nice and clean for the most part. There was sand on the floor, but it’s be expected at the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo

Overall it’s a beautifully renovated condo. Location is great with amazing view of the beach. It’s so convenient. Some comments for improvement: 1. Only one trash bag is provided. Would be nice for the owner to at least provide a box of trash bags. 2. Check out time of 9am is quite early, and they charge additional to have a later check out time. Most places have check out time at 10am, which is perfect, 9am is just too early.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. It was a nice place to vacation. Only disappointments were the Master bed and the a/c unit having a lock on the thermostat! Even so I would recommend this place!

Great Location, cute and comfortable

This is a beautiful condo with a great beach view and beach access. Pool was clean and maintained. We had trouble with our access code when we arrived, but were able to get ahold of someone. WiFi and tv connection were spotty, but the beds were comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again! Also close to restaurants and other things to do.

lovely place

This is a lovely condo. The ocean view is just breathtaking from the living area to the bedroom and the extra bedroom has a view of the bay, which was a nice surprise. I really appreciate the attention to detail, from the modern dimmer lights to the solar see through shades which gives the bedroom a wonderful view of the beach in the early morning. It is close to surrounding fun for the kids as well. My only suggestion would be to replace the box-springs, as they were a little noisy. This is easily one of the nicest condos I've rented for a summer beach vacation. Will stay again.
