Perfect location

Perfect distance from the busy city of Vancouver and located in a lovely neighborhood. Only thing is we reserved the home for 4 guests and they only left 2 bath towels…

Great Location

Appears space is new and still needs seating and extra towels would be beneficial. Otherwise, great space and location within walking distance of coffee, grocery and excellent Italian restaurant. Would recommend.

Apartment was clean & nicely remodeled. We were disappointed there was no sofa for relaxing. Also disappointed there were no washcloths

Poor Customer Service

This property is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown. The rental itself was nice and clean yet very bare bones in regards to the upsides of renting a vrbo; no kitchen utensils Unfortunately there were many communications erros with the property manager

Not up to standard

If I have one good thing to say about this property, it is new and clean but the pillows are old and stained, some had covers while others did not. The biggest problem was the kitchen/living space. The listing says it sleeps 5 but, besides the two beds, one in each bedroom, there was no place for a 5th person to sleep. The kitchen was almost empty; no coffee machine, no toaster, no dishwasher or dish rack only 4 mugs, 4 plates and few silverware. The space has a small round table with two chairs and two stools, already broken. No sofas, no other place to sit, no TV or air-conditioning. If you rent this place, make sure to take pictures of everything so the host doesn't charge you extra for broken things!
