The Space:
Welcome to Tropical Beach Oasis, our tranquil coastal haven in Naguabo, Puerto Rico! This serene retreat comprises two charming houses, ensuring comfort and relaxation for your ideal getaway near the glistening shores of Tropical Beach.

While there are two separate casitas, by booking Tropical Beach Oasis, you are booking both casitas. The pool is located between the two casitas.

LOCATION NOTE: This property is located in a residential community. While there are some properties in the area that are not in the best condition, our property has been recently remodeled and it's well kept. The nearest beach, called Tropical Beach, is only a 3-minute walk form the property.

POOL CLEANING

The pool man has to access the outdoor patio every Monday or Tuesday at around 7:00 am to clean the pool. No exceptions. Guests do not need to be at the property for this since they don't need access to the unit.

HOUSE #1:

Step into the first house, where cozy comfort awaits. Both serene bedrooms in the first house are fitted with queen-sized beds and AC for a comfortable night's sleep. Each bedroom also has its own TV.

The home also includes two bathrooms, each with showers. The living room is also equipped with its own AC unit and a TV, providing a cozy shared space for relaxation and entertainment.

There is a small kitchen equipped with essential appliances—a stovetop oven, a compact microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, and a toaster—providing the basics for crafting delightful meals or quick snacks.

To access the pool from House #1 you will need to exit through the front door and walk around the side of the house.

HOUSE #2:

This house also features two bedrooms, both equipped with queen-sized beds and AC for personalized comfort.

This house has one bathroom which is shared by both bedrooms. The living room in House 2 features one TV and an AC unit.

The kitchen in House 2 includes amenities such as a stovetop oven, a compact microwave, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker, catering to your culinary needs.

PACK AND PLAY (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY):

We can leave a complimentary Pack and Play at the property upon request. This should be requested upon booking or no later than 5 days before arrival. Pack and Plays are subject to availability.

SECURITY CAMERAS:

For enhanced security, please note that the property is equipped with security cameras. There is one camera positioned at the entrance, facing the parking area. Another camera is placed to oversee the terrace area, and a third camera monitors the pool area.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES:

Step outside to embrace the outdoor oasis, complete with a sparkling pool inviting you to cool off under the Caribbean sun. Ample seating arrangements, including a 6-person table, provide an ideal setting for outdoor dining amidst the lush surroundings. Lounge chairs by the poolside offer the perfect spot to bask in the sun and unwind.

A convenient half bathroom is also located in the outdoor area for added comfort during your poolside relaxation or BBQ gatherings.

The washer and dryer are also located in this area - they are not located inside of either of the houses.

GETTING AROUND:

Renting a car is a must when staying in Naguabo. There are many activities within 15 minutes of driving distance, and the roads are easy to navigate. You can park up to (2) two cars in the driveway.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance, especially during the peak months of Hurricane Season, which are July to October. Travel insurance is inexpensive and will reimburse travelers for most expenses associated with canceling travel outside of the cancellation window; however, this will depend on what the coverage purchased covers. Make sure to review and understand the options before purchase. Disclaimer: we are not associated with any travel insurance companies.

AMENITIES:

West Indies strives to deliver top-notch service and amenities to guarantee our guests feel at home while visiting our properties. All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 2 bath towels per guest and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. If you are staying for more than 3 nights and the property does not have a washer and dryer we can coordinate a complimentary towel changeover, subject to availability. Our properties typically include at least 2 beach chairs and an ice cooler.

West Indies provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 3 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, and 1 dish sponge. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay. 

HOUSE RULES:

Check-in time is at 4:00pm

Check-out time is at 11:00am

NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated.

NO PETS: No pets are allowed at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if violated and you will be expelled from the property.

All bookings are contingent on signing a short term rental agreement that will be sent via email. It must be signed within 48 hours of booking or before entering the property, whichever happens first.

Maximum occupancy of 8 adults/children at all times. This includes visitors. 

Max. occupancy is strictly enforced and exceeding it may result in immediate cancellation of booking or being expelled from the property.

Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess, stained towels/linens will be charged from the damage deposit.

Subletting not allowed.

Do not hang towels from the balcony or windows.
