Welcome to Sun Dancer, A beautifully decorated 3-bedroom 3-bathroom home located in the quiet subdivision of Heritage Shores. The home has an open floor plan, making the living, dining, and kitchen area spacious and inviting. The kitchen offers ample counter space and access to the in-unit laundry. The dining area seats 6 and the living room has a large sectional, making the open space perfect for any family gathering. All the bedrooms are roomy and are along the northern side of the home.
Upon entering the home, to your left is the master bedroom which is equipped with a king bed. To the East side of the home are the two remaining bedrooms. One of which has a full and a twin bed. This room is large and even with the two beds in it still offers lots of space. The final room in the house is another king bed, this well decorated space is cozy and is sure to make anyone feel at home.
The home is located at Heritage Shores and offers access to tennis courts, a pool, the club house, and a short walk to the beach. With all this and more, Sun Dancer is more than just a warm welcome to the sunny Gulf coast, it’s the perfect place to vacay!
Minimum age requirement of 25. Rents Saturday to Saturday during Main Seasons unless calendar is already broken up or requested time is approved by homeowner.
