Terrible Stay - Avoid This Property!
We recently stayed at this property and it was a complete nightmare from start to finish. Upon arrival, we found the unit in a shocking state—dirty carpets, scuff marks on the walls, and dust everywhere. The bathrooms had hair in the drawers and even a dirty towel left behind from a previous guest. The kitchen was not only insufficient for five people but also filthy, with crumbs all over the countertops and broken drawers. The balcony was covered in dirt, spider webs, and discarded tissues.
The unit also lacked basic amenities—a dryer, bathtub and a dining table suitable for six, as listed in the description. We received only one set of keys for our group of five.
Throughout our stay, we tried to resolve these issues with Hometime, but their responses were dismissive and unhelpful, blaming staffing shortages and providing excuses rather than solutions. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service was astonishing.
After 2 weeks, we are still dealing with VRBO for a refund. We wasted our holiday time cleaning the unit ourselves and dealing with all these issues.
Overall, I cannot recommend this property. Save yourself the hassle and choose somewhere else!
