About this property
A Cosmopolitan Hub in CBD Centre
Eporo is in the heart of Melbourne CBD putting you right where you want to be, to experience the best of Melbourne. A modern 2 bedroom design on the 11th floor, with a monochromatic contemporary feel and an amazing alfresco terrace to take in the magic of the city fireworks on New Years Eve, the energy of the city and the magnificent skyline views. Flexible to be set up as two king beds for couples or a king bed with 2 king singles for families, it’s your perfect city base to explore Melbourne.
Our place is arguably the best in the building. We are north facing, getting in beautiful sunshine in winter, yet protected in summer. We have views that give you a feeling of space with a street opposite making the views distant, full of leafy greenery, blue skies and the vibrant city life. We have comfort – modern warmth with an accent on contemporary relaxation, so you can kick your feet up and lay back on the sumptuous 3-seater couch after a busy day taking on the world, or enjoy the lavishness of the king bed or king single. The kitchen is compact yet well equipped with Ilve cooking appliances, an integrated Fisher and Paykel dish drawer, Samsung fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, rice cooker and air fryer. There’s a 4-seater dining table with comfortable padded seats so you can spend evenings playing games, remote working or recapping on the day’s events. A splash of abstract art gives a pop of colour into the contemporary space. The terrace has a relaxed seating area too – lounging chairs to sit back and enjoy a wine and a cheese platter while watching the city in all its her grandeur, The bedrooms both have flexible king size beds which can be converted into king singles, and they both have ample wardrobe space plus a desk with chair. One of the bedrooms are north facing with access to the terrace when you want to welcome in the summer breeze. Why this is the best apartment in the building? As it’s the only floor with balconies, and it’s the only one with this enormous size balcony, plus it has easy access to the resident’s lounge, which has more places to sit and watch television, have a few drinks with your neighbours, find a quiet place to work or study in between the adventures or a place to get away from the kids when you want to plan the next day (It also has a spare toilet for emergencies). The apartment is completely quiet with double glazing. It has reverse cycle air conditioning, NBN internet and there are 3 lifts for access. There is free parking onsite, via a car lift that takes you to the 10th floor, so you only have one floor to get to the apartment.
So central, we have the free city circle tram at your door. We are so close to Melbourne Central shopping centre, Melbourne Central train station, RMIT, Victoria University, Chinatown, the Victorian State Library, Queen Victoria Market, the Bourke Street Mall and the glorious Flagstaff Gardens – all within a 10 minute walk. Check out the sporting events or international concerts at Marvel Stadium, the MCG or the Australian Open at Rod Laver Arena. Revel in the spectacular stage events at the Princess Theatre, Her Majesty’s Theatre or the Comedy Theatre or thrive in the fact that Melbourne’s culture has a full calendar of spectacles that bring people from all over the world to experience the Comedy Festival, the Melbourne Cup Carnival, The LUME, events at the National Gallery of Victoria, Oktoberfest and the light festivals. For the history buffs, there’s the Old Melbourne Gaol, the world heritage Royal Exhibition Buildings in Carlton Gardens or the superb grounds of the University of Melbourne via the Elizabeth Street tram. Want some Little Italy? Spend a day or night in Lygon Street in Carlton which is only a 20-minute walk away to indulge in the finest coffee, gelato and Italian food, and walk it off back to your stay. Find the hidden laneways and discover the fabulous food, wine bars, live music and entertainment halls too.
