Defined by its oversized private terrace with sweeping views of the skyline and mountain tops, this stay offers metropolitan indoor-outdoor living. A spacious open-flow highlights a sleek living area and dedicated workspace, while secure parking, two bathrooms and ducted heating and cooling add to your convenience.
Placed on the fifth floor with lift access and sweeping views over a skyline dotted with church spires to leafy hinterland, this apartment offers the best of inner-city living. Come together in the living area, which offers a leather lounge and armchair to sink into in front of the smart TV. Glass sliding doors open to the expansive sunlit terrace that includes cushioned and bench seating, BBQ facilities and far-reaching views. It’s an ideal spot to relax and enjoy evening drinks with family and friends after a day of sightseeing in beautiful Hobart town.

With a stone island bench as its centrepiece, the sleek kitchen features a ceramic cooktop, wall and microwave ovens, an integrated dishwasher and all the everyday essentials. A six-seater table accommodates all guests for meals at home.

Three bedrooms are styled for a comfortable night's sleep. The primary bedroom is set with a king bed, balcony access and an attached contemporary ensuite. Bedrooms two and three offer queen beds and share the main bathroom, equally as modern as the ensuite with heated tiled flooring.

Additional features include ducted air conditioning, engineered timber flooring arranged in a herringbone design, WiFi and lift access to the street and a secure basement car space. An internal laundry makes it easy to catch up on your washing.

For a change of scene and simply breathtaking views around sunset, the lift takes you up to a shared rooftop terrace complete with landscaped gardens, seating and a barbecue. Slip up for sundowners to a backdrop of Hobart’s city skyline and the Derwent River as well as Kunanyi/Mount Wellington, that’s often snow-capped.

Great apartment for our Hobart stay
Modern, spacious and very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and enormous balcony to enjoy the views from. Communication with the host was good - always had a quick response. One of our group was arriving separately on a late morning flight and fortunately we were permitted early check in, which made things much easier as there was no issue with luggage.
