Private waterfront home near the mouth of the Caloosahatchee River. Great fishing for snapper, snook, sheepshead etc. right from the backyard. If you prefer to look and not catch, there are frequent dolphin and manatee sightings as well! You can kayak out to see the beautiful Ft. Myers sunsets or just be a beach bum as this property has it all! Conveniently located near shopping and restaurants but still only a 5-minute drive to the beach! Home sleeps 6 with a King bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom, and a twin with a trundle in the common area. House has brand new floors, remodeled bathrooms, and new open-air patio and saltwater pool with tanning deck. 5minutes to Bunche beach, 12 to Ft. Myers beach and 20 to Sanibel!

**Pool is available for guest use. Guests understand there are no lifeguards on duty. Guests swim at their own risk.
