It is a nice house with a couple disappointments.

The house is nice. The description is accurate except about the grill and access to the beach. We planned on using the grill at least twice for our 7 day stay. The grill grates are covered in rust and unusable. The grill had a grill cover but was still very rusty and not usable at all. The beach access does not have parking so you must cart all of your beach gear the 9 minute walk. 9 minutes is not bad but when you’re tired and hot from being at the beach all day it is not convenient. Someone had to walk back prior to get the car to load up or everyone takes the walk. There is a public beach with clean restrooms and rinse off area right in front of the entrance to Kiawah Island. The cost is $10 before the peak season and $15 during. The parking was close to the beach and easier to cart all of the beach gear. The beach gear rental was nice and made things convenient. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. I think a better explanation of the beach access and beach areas and a new grill are necessary.
