The Space:
There is nothing like spending complete relaxation in this studio apartment in Business Bay! This minimalist yet modern unit is carefully furnished to ensure a truly memorable stay.

As you step in, you'll notice that the layout has been thoughtfully designed to optimize natural light, which makes the area radiant and allows for views from the large glass windows. Unwind on the comfortable moss green couch that is perfectly matched with its chic center table. 

On the other side, you will surely love this cozy sleeping space furnished with a queen-sized bed, fitted with a high-quality mattress, fresh premium linens, and pillows for that sound sleep everyone is dreaming of. You’ll not feel bored as the wall-mounted 55” TV will accompany your movie marathon with your loved ones. A timber wood console, bedside table with lamp, soft carpet, and other decorative accents complete the space.

Cook your own fresh meal in the fully-equipped kitchen, which makes cooking a breeze with its modern appliances and cookware. Serve the hot, sumptuous meals to the circular dining table, which can comfortably seat two.

The bathroom has fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion provided for guests. It has a separate shower area in a glass panel enclosure and a modular cabinet that can be used to neatly organize stuff or store away your knickknacks.

Business Bay an ideal place for busy travelers who like to be accessible to all hotspots of Dubai, including Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and the Dubai International Financial Center.

Our guests also enjoy great connectivity from there to almost all parts of the city as it is located on one of the busiest roads of Dubai that is Sheikh Zayed Road. It has good underground train connectivity also taxis are readily available at any time.

High-end restaurants, cafes, shops, and more surround you. You can also easily access the Dubai International Trade Centre Exhibition Halls by riding a train at the metro station. It’s the place to be!

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. The metro station is only a few minutes' walks away. Taxis are usually frequent around here to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.

Many things are accessible by foot as well (restaurants, cafes, pharmacy, supermarkets).

The fastest and easiest way from DXB by taxi (20min). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (40 minutes, 7.5 AED per person).

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking is not allowed.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
