The dining area, with seating for 6, enhances the comfort and convenience for families or groups. This condo creates the perfect retreat for your coastal getaway.
Step into the open and inviting living space, where you're met with stunning Gulf views. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for making beach snacks or meals on nights in. Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit, allowing you to pack light and make the most of your beachfront experience. The balcony provides the perfect spot to unwind and savor breathtaking sunsets or enjoy your morning coffee with the sound of the waves as your soundtrack.

Surf Side Shores offers a range of amenities including beachfront heated pools, kiddie pools, and communal barbecue grills. Guests also have access to the pools in buildings 1 and 2. The heated pools are maintained by the HOA and are available from November to March on an alternating annual schedule.
