With easy access to downtown Williamstown, Rt 75, and plenty more, you will be in the perfect spot to enjoy everything this gorgeous area has to offer. Enjoy grilling on the back deck, or playing games in the lower level of the house while you the comfortable accommodations of this lovely cottage!
The Space:
This cozy brick cottage is equipped with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen equipped with all the essentials for everyday cooking needs, a comfortable living room, and a deck off the house with built-in benches, a grill, and access to the sloping back yard. You'll also find laundry units and table games in the basement, just off the kitchen!
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home. Entry is through the front door using a unique key code. Access to the home is limited to registered guests only—any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.
We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement.

This house is located in the rural Williamstown area with fields and trees and other residential homes nearby! The railroad also runs nearby. The popular Ark Encounter attraction is less than 2 miles and a very easy drive away!
