*Up to two dogs that each weigh 35 lbs or less are allowed at the property but there is an additional pet fee of $11/dog/night (before tax). Due to the fact that HomeAway/VRBO does not allow us to charge for more than one dog at the time of booking, please let us know if you'll be bringing two dogs when you book, so that we can insure that you are charged accordingly. Furthermore, please bring crates for your dogs and crate them in your absence from the house, do not allow the dogs on furniture or beds, and pick up and properly dispose of their waste. If these rules are not followed, there will be an additional $200 charge added to your reservation.
