A simple and modern kitchen has everything you need to make meals a breeze. The open plan living and dining area opens to a private outdoor space, with a large al fresco dining option.

Two bedrooms are comfortable and cosy. The master bedroom features a high quality queen bed, the second bedroom has bunk beds with a queen size bed below and a single bed on top. This property is strictly two adults maximum, please enquire about children or other requirements. Please note the bunk bed is only suitable for children.

The bathroom is fresh with a large walk in shower with double shower head, toilet and washing machine facilities. Extras include high speed internet, basic beach equipment (BYO beach towels), a heatpump, a smart tv and a washing machine and dryer.

If ease and location are important to your trip this is the spot for you. A couple of minutes walk to New World supermarket, Central Parade precinct with plenty of cafes at restaurants to enjoy, or an easy two minutes walk to the beach. A short drive will take you to central Mount Maunganui in minutes. Bring your surfboards, bring your laptop, this home will be the perfect sanctuary for work and play.

Please note this property does NOT have a microwave and you need to bring your own beach towels.

Payment Terms:
Full payment for your stay will be processed 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

Guest Portal:
You will receive a guest portal link from Beyonder, the manager of the property, before your arrival.
Please utilize this link to provide your credit card details and upload a valid ID.

Booking Confirmation:
Your booking is considered provisional until the completion of the guest portal, payment has been made and there has been a successful bond hold.

Bond Hold:
A bond hold will be placed on your credit card 7 working days before your scheduled arrival.
The hold will be released 7 working days after your departure, provided the home is returned in the same pristine condition in which it was found.
Deductions may be made from this bond in the event of any incidentals or excess cleaning.
