This condo has undergone a through renovating and redecorating with new flooring, light and plumbing fixtures, countertops, tile, etc.!

Enjoy the sugar white sand and crystal clear blue Gulf from this condo at Oceania, on the third floor. This condo has 2000 square feet including 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Two of the bathrooms have double sink vanities.Enjoy your view through full floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, out to the large 40 foot tiled and covered balcony. Also included with this condo is covered parking steps away from the elevator.This condo has a 60" LCD TV and DVD in the living area, with an additional TV and DVD in each bedroom.

Tired of the crowds? You will be conveniently located right in the heart of Destin, yet able to avoid the crowds because of this private gated property and most importantly, you will have an abundance of beach area. Because of the wide area of beach that Oceania is constructed on, you will enjoy Oceania's truly private beach, being one of the largest square foot of beach per unit in Destin and only steps away.
Daily in season beach set up ( One umbrella and two chairs) is provided. Additional set ups are available for a charge.

Great Stay

This rental is beautifully decorated and the ocean view is majestic. Amenities such as covered parking and beach chairs were very nice to have. Location is perfect. Very easy drive to all the happening things in Destin.

Easter Paradise

What a beautiful property! The pictures don't do it justice. We had a wonderful long weekend over Easter. The condo had everything we needed. There was plenty of space for us to come together when we wanted and to also spread out. The location was very quiet. It felt like we were a little off the beaten path yet very close to restaurants and entertainment. Pam was an absolute delight. She was attentive and responsive to the couple of items we needed. We had a great experience and hated to leave. We look forward to returning and will definitely stay again.

May vacations

We love staying on holiday isle and we absolutely love Oceania. The only thing i have a comment on was the washer, it was not working properly. I notified the property manager to let her know. She let me know there was a new one coming after we left.

Perfect family getaway

Pam proactively reached out as soon as we booked her beautiful beachfront getaway. From the moment we walked in, we knew that this was going to be the perfect get away for our family to spend Spring Break. The unit is impeccably clean, tastefully decorated and has everything a family needs to cook meals. The view is spectacular and waking up in the master bedroom is a real treat as we watched the sunrise each day. We loved the beach and pool and how easy they were to access and it felt so private. We highly recommend this spot and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! One helpful hint is to remember beach towels but other than that it was perfect.

Family Spring Break

We really enjoyed our stay in Destin. The view was spectacular. The place was quiet and not overrun with people. The beach was private to people staying or living there. The beach attendant was very helpful. On days that it was too cool or rained we went shopping and explored downtown. We had no issues that we needed anything from the host during our stay. Parking was easy and everything was conveniently located. Target is less than a mile away and plenty of wonderful restaurants close by. We really loved this place!

Overdue Adult Vacation

Awesome rental!

Location is perfect! Possibly the best view of sunrise/sunset in Destin. Pam was very accessible and helpful. Would definitely recommend and rent again!!

Beautiful beach

The beach in front of this condo was so clean and well kept. We saw them rake the sand and put the chairs and umbrellas out every morning. Great week, great condo and unbeatable view from the large balcony. We will be back!

Wonderful Destin vacation

Wonderful family vacation

The condo was beautiful, clean and looks just like the pictures. Amazing gulf views from the 40ft balcony where we spent lots of time enjoying the views. The property is a perfect location to everything and Pam was so great to work with! We will definitely be back!

Oceania is a beautiful facility and 302 was great. The unit was very clean and had been recently renovated. . It is furnished very nicely. The balconies in Oceania are long and have an unsurpassed view. We've stayed in several different units at Oceania and the balcony in 302 was furnished the best of any we've stayed in... Two chaises and a sturdy table and chairs. Pam, the owner, was very easy to work with and answered questions promptly.

Destin Gem

Staying at Oceania is always a treat. This is a gorgeous unit. It was beautifully decorated and well stocked with every day items such as seasonings in the kitchen, hand soap, dish soap bath soap and paper towel to get you started so we didn’t have to run to the store as soon as we arrived. The owner Pam was very thorough with all information provided. I would definitely recommend this unit and hope to have the opportunity to stay there again in the future.
