It's fully equipped and perfect for one or two couples looking for a golfing holiday or a relaxing stay out of the hustle of big cities. It's also perfect for international travellers who want a quiet stop before either starting their tour or finishing. Why stay near Auckland's noisy international airport when you can have a quiet night before taking that long journey home?
Only 250 metres away is tranquil Clarks Beach - enjoy the sunrises, breath-stopping sunsets, birds, boats, and the occasional other walker.
The fully equipped apartment adjoins a two-storey home with quiet residents. There's no transfer of noise - sound-proofing is excellent and also a firewall between the two parts of the building.
The room with the queen bed has an ensuite. The bigger bedroom, with two king single beds, can access the bathroom and separate toilet from the hall.
