Owners recently purchased this condo and has spent the past few months doing a total re-model. This condo is designed to offer a stunning vacation experience. Offers all new furnishings, floors, walls, bedding and appliances.
Two bedroom two bath oceanblock condo features a 1/2 block walk to the beach, a pool and an elevator, a great mid-town location on 63rd Street and 2 covered parking spots and both an ocean and bay view!
Two bedrooms each with a custom made bunk beds. The primary bedroom offers a king and a single bed and the 2nd bedroom features a queen and a single. The king and queen are perfect for any age!
Guest supplies all sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish. Non-smoking, non-vaping. No pets, please. Our owners do not rent to groups under the age of 25. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our properties including photos, descriptions, pricing and amenities shown above.
