When you come to the beach you should be able to see the ocean, and from here you can! Experience a perfect beach getaway on top of it all, in this top floor (3rd floor walk up), end unit condo with panoramic ocean views. Enjoy the generous decks while taking in sunrise over the Atlantic or the beautiful skies as the sun sets.

This community has it all, from the oceanfront community pool, walkway to the beach with gazebo, oceanfront showers, community laundry facilities (bring your quarters!), basketball courts, private parking, picnic tables, park style grills, tennis courts -- all this within walking distance to the heart of Duck. Check out the events all week long in season at the Duck Town Center!

There is a large covered deck off the living room, where you can dine al fresco! The generous living room has a queen sleep sofa and dining table that are open to the well stocked kitchen. The hallway has a twin in the sleeping alcove, which is next to a remodeled full hall bath (stall shower, no tub). The master has a queen bed and tub/shower combo in the updated master bath.

The beach was beautiful. The place was okay. The floors were gritty. The furniture and curtains were filthy. It smelled like cigarettes. I cleaned some and it still smelled. The view is nice but the windows were filmy. The patio door is not safe and doesn’t even lock. I am very disappointed! The third floor without an elevator or luggage cart was also very inconvenient. The communication was also confusing. We paid to get in at 4:00 and then were told to let ourselves in if we didn’t hear back by 6! I paid expecting to get in by 4:00. I also saw an $85.00 charge for linen. I brought my own and opted to! There were amenities available that weren’t listed. I packed extra when I didn’t have to! I’m sure you’ll improve for the next guests! The washing machine and dryer were also dirty! I will definitely plan better next time!

Perfect.

Clean, easy, and fantastic views. Took a quick trip down to the OBX and this was the perfect size and location for us. The ease of checking in/out was a plus for us. The place was super clean and all the amenities we needed for a night in. Afraid to recommend it to friends because we want to make sure it’s available if we need it—seriously though it was definitely perfect for our quick vacation.

Great property

Love the fact that I can watch both sunrises and sunsets from the balcony. Only complaint is that it takes more than a week to get my security deposit returned - credit should be processed within 48 hours.

Wonderful stay Beach Bliss!

We had a wonderful week-long stay at Beach Bliss in September. We loved the beautifully designed condo! I took one star off under cleanliness because the condo is in desperate need of a deep clean. It was so dusty that our stay triggered a severe allergic reaction.

Great Fall Getaway!

We had a great stay in Duck! Heads up, the laundry room only accepts quarters (app pay option doesn’t work) and there is no change machine on-site, so plan ahead on that front!

We loved the whole condo and property !! We had no problem at all only thing my husband and I said was they need and elevator ….we joked about that the whole time but we had the best view and not too far from the beach !!! That’s what I loved and a huge rain shower came up a couple times and the gazebo helped out a lot!!

Perfect beach stay

Property is just steps away from the beach. Great view of the ocean from the deck which we spent a lot of time on relaxing. Properly was clean and well kept. Would stay at again.

Family Vacation

Perfect for our family of three (2 adults and one teenager). Comfortable condo with good eating area both inside and out. Kitchen was decently stocked with items for cooking; however, could benefit by adding a regular size frying or griddle for pancakes.

Easy Access

Property was as advertised! For guests with disabilities, be aware of the three story walk up and the fact that the parking spot allocated to the unit is not directly across from the unit itself. A beautiful little one-bedroom with a great view. The property manager is also quite responsive and helped us get our access issue sorted out quickly!

Amazing Views

The condo was beautifully decorated and the perfect size for two to four guests. It had everything we needed and the ocean view was well worth the walk up to the third floor.

Relaxing

I came off season so you could tell most of the condos were vacant. That didn’t affect me from enjoying my stay. You can hear the wave even with the door closed. It was beautiful view.

Cute but No linens

Super cute cabin, for the price the view is good. What's ridiculous is that no towels, sheets, or anything like that is provided. But still a large cleaning fee is applied and checkout is at 10? For what? We took out the trash and there's nothing to be washed. So why do we need to be out so early and why are we charged so much? I also did not see that on the listing, was completely unaware until host contacted me the day before. We came from out of state and to pack 2 sets of sheets and beach and bathroom towels for even just 2 people adds A LOT. Also NO shampoo, body soap, conditioner or any toilet supplies. Not sure if this is a recent change but it's a bad one.

Great unit

Very responsive host. Unit has best views in building B. Very clean. Great trip. Don't let 3rd floor scare you. You get almost 360 degree views and practically no neighbor's walls.

Relaxing stay

The condo & property were great! Condo was very clean and well maintained, beautifully decorated and well stocked. 1st time in Duck, as we always go to Nags Head. Would highly recommend this place, other than the stairs (no elevators), but definitely got our steps in for the week :)

Pool not open as promised.

We took our 2 grandsons. They were so looking forward to playing in the pool. Weather was gorgeous, but our community pool was CLOSED ALL WEEK. Was supposed to be open. ALSO - VRBO and hostess had poor to no communication regarding linens and towels. Hostess (mgr) finally told us we needed to rent it directly from linen service, so we did - paid them for both. Turned out we did not need to rent anything but towels. So, ended up paying plenty for 2 queen sets and a twin set — never opened. Very nice condo; well decorated, lot of character. Condo itself was excellent.
