This house with private pool is located in a quiet area near (800m) from the magnificent Empuries beach (sandy beach at a place called "Rec del Moli") Very comfortable house with a contemporary style. For allergy sufferers, its interior layout has been designed to avoid allergens as much as possible (no drapes but shutters). It has 4 bedrooms (including two suites), 3 bathrooms (one of which has a bath), a recent and hyper-well-equipped kitchen (for example: Nespresso machine), a 2-car garage, baby equipment available, ... This property has 4 terraces, one by the pool, one upstairs overlooking the pool (solarium), one with the master suite and the last with the barbecue area. This can allow you to isolate yourself. Lovely Villa

The house is very clean, comfortable & well-equipped inside with the exception of the pillows which could do with replacing & one of the beds had a nylon base sheet. The pool is larger than the pictures on-line portray & is beautifully maintained. There is seating outside around several tables dotted about the garden. There are only 3 sun loungers at the property which, as we were a party of 5, was a bit annoying but it didn't affect our enjoyment. Overall, this is a lovely house.

Easy walk to beach, restaurants in L'Escala

Beautiful, spacious, modern house. Three of the 4 bedrooms were air conditioned. The rest of the house can get very hot. We asked for a fan and owner offered to have one picked up by us, then reimburse us, but due to distance to the store they wanted us to use and their hours of operation, we ended up not getting a fan at all, stayed out till as late as possible to avoid the heat and mosquitoes. The area has plenty of restaurant options about 15-20 minutes walk away. The walk is beautiful and the food, very good. Plan ahead and make reservations if you want to be able to sit outdoors and look at the sunset on the sea. Would love to visit again! The property was well equipped, the manager, very professional and the owner had a bottle of cava in the fridge for us. Some details that would be a wonderful addition: fans, towels and an outdoor area to wash off the sand. Overall, great stay for our 2 couples and 2 young adult children.

Un séjour parfait

Cette maison est parfaitement adaptée pour 3 familles avec enfants. Nous étions 10 et pourtant chacun avait son espace s'il le souhaitait. Bien située on y vit à l'abri des regards du voisinage même si la villa est intégrée dans un ensemble plutôt résidentiel par ailleurs. L'environnement de ce fait est calme. Les chambres sont climatisées mais ceux qui ne la supportent pas peuvent dormir les fenêtres ouvertes sans être incommodés. La cuisine très complète permet d'élaborer une vraie cuisine même si L'Escala réservent de très bons restaurants accessibles à pied en 15 mn depuis la résidence.

A great villa in good location

The villa is in very well kept and the standard of fittings high. The pool was warm and the BBQ saw some action too. We were a party of 6 (5 adults and 1 child) and the layout was great for us. The villa is an easy stroll to the beach, town and local supermarkets.

Villa très bien entretenue, très belle région

La maison correspond au descriptif de l'annonce. Nous avons apprécié l'environnement calme et la proximité des plages (moins d'un km mais très facile à pied), l'attention de la propriétaire (Cava & eau dans le réfrigérateur à notre arrivée). Très beau jardin, belle piscine ensoleillée (et bien entretenue), cette maison peut réellement accueillir 2 familles. Grandes tables, 6 transats, vaisselles en quantité. La disponibilité, la gestion du moindre problème est un réel plus. Farde avec informations sur la région. A recommander.

Magnifique villa

Villa spacieuse et très confortable

Magnifique villa à l'architecture moderne. Très bien agencée, très bien équipée, très bien entretenue, spacieuse et lumineuse (tant dans les pièces de vie que pour les chambres), elle permet d'accueillir deux à trois familles avec enfants tout en laissant une place pour l'intimité. La villa est très adaptée aux familles, même avec enfants en bas âges. L'aménagement extérieur est génial tant pour la piscine que pour le barbecue couvert et éclairé, les différentes terrasses,... La proximité des commerces, de la plage est un must. Nous avons été enchantés par cette location.

Enchantés de notre séjour.

La situation de la villa est parfaite, dans un quartier calme (d'Espagnols), à la fois proche des commodités (supermarché, boulangerie artisanale) et de la plage. La villa est très bien équipée et de bon goût. On remarque que les propriétaires viennent eux aussi passer leurs vacances ici (vaisselles en quantité bien plus que la normale, ce qui avait fait défaut à ma dernière location et qui est un détail important), il y a une empreinte personnelle. Le BBQ couvert et éclairé fut un réel avantage pour nos soirées. Les pièces de vie sont elles aussi assez grandes et peuvent accueillir réellement 10 personnes (ce n'est pas que dix couchages). La piscine est ensoleillée et à l'abris des regards dans un jardin très bien entretenu. En résumé, nous sommes enchantés de nos vacances et recommandons vraiment cette location.

Highly recommended. We will return.

I was there with my family for a long weekend in October. The weather was exceptional , more than 25° and if you like to walk or run along the sea, it’s really the place to be , the view is fantastic. The house is modern and very nice , ideally located , very quiet but also not far from the restaurants and the beach. The swimming pool is ideally integrated in the garden. I really enjoyed the big BBQ , attached to the house and with a light so that you can cook in the late evening. The service is top, the maintenance is done by a neighbor and the owner reacts quickly when you have a question. I’m going to come back with friends in the summer.

Villa spacieuse, calme avec du matériel pour bébé.

La villa est spacieuse & lumineuse. Elle est très bien équipée et très bien entretenue. Du matériel bébé a été mis à notre disposition gracieusement (lit, chaise haute, baignoire, coussin à langer, relax,...) La décoration est très jolie. Cette villa est à proximité de la plage "Rec del Moli" (peu de monde et magnifique) & des commerces. Le quartier est très calme et la piscine très agréable avec de nombreux transats (en bois avec des coussins confortables). Nous avons fortement apprécié les terrasses qui permettent soit de profiter du soleil (ou de l'ombre) à tout moment. Le nouveau BBQ éclairé ! Des vacances réussies ! Merci aux propriétaires très à l'écoute.

Excellent séjour

Magnifique villa dans un quartier calme mais proche de la plage, des magasins, d'une magnifique promenade (ruines d'Empuries). Décorée avec goût. A recommander sans hésitation.
