The Space:
Designed for a year-round holiday lifestyle, the apartment has been fully renovated in an elegant coastal style, creating a fresh new beachside sanctuary and spanning an impressive 173m2 of floor space.

The expansive open plan living and dining area, complete with air-conditioning, showcases those spectacular views through glass sliding doors leading to the terrace. The easy-care timber-look flooring and white-washed walls add a calming ambience. The superb north-east facing terrace offers breathtaking views over the pool to the sea, perfect for a leisurely breakfast or alfresco dining.

The contemporary central kitchen features quality Bosch appliances, stone bench tops, and timeless VJ panelled cabinetry. Drift off to the peaceful sounds of the sea in one of the two spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, each with modern ensuites, built-in robes, and direct balcony access with a leafy palm-lined outlook. The larger master bedroom includes a built-in desk and full-sized ensuite with bath and shower. The apartment also features a handy study nook that opens to a compact third sleeping space with a built-in bunk bed, perfect for children or visitors. Uniquely, this well-equipped and completely furnished space can comfortably accommodate up to six adults. The master bedroom with a queen bed, the second bedroom with two single beds, and the third room with a bunk bed, each designed to provide a restful night's sleep.

With an internal laundry, powder room, built-in seating, and great storage, the apartment offers the ultimate in top-class coastal living. Resort-style facilities include a pool, spa, tennis court, gym, sauna, BBQ area, and games room.

Linen (including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels) is included with your stay - we even triple-sheet the beds! Also included are basic amenities (hand/body wash, dish soap, laundry liquid, cleaning spray). A basic starter pack with bin liners, dishwasher tabs, cloth wipes and toilet paper is supplied but longer stays may need to top up these items. We just recommend you bring beach towels and personal toiletries.

In line with Gold Coast City Council policies, the property maintains a strict No Party and No Commercial Functions policy as it is situated in a quiet residential suburb. Noise is to be kept to a minimum, observing "Quiet Time" from 10pm to 8am.
