Treetops & sunsets! From the expansive deck the view of the treetops as the sunset dances across the sky is stunning. It’s as if you were about to leap off into the forest on a zip line. The name Blue Jay Landing came about from the daily visits of Elvis, the Blue Jay who perches on the railing of the deck. On top of the world, you are amongst the hawks and falcons circling in the sky. Take a deep breath and dive into the freshness of the forest, the beauty of nature, and the magic of Blue Jay Landing.

This stylish A-frame with wall-to-wall windows towers over the treetops at the end of a cul-de-sac where the forest meets the road. The two decks offer the space to relax and unwind either on the sectional on the top deck or in the chair hammocks on the lower deck. Inside, your view continues with the wall-to-wall windows from the living room. The fireplace offers a warm ambiance in the winter while watching a movie or playing a game. The pool table and bar in the game room and the foosball table in the upstairs loft provide hours of entertainment.

Head to the gym for a ride on the Peloton, strength train with weights, or get into more of a meditative zone with a yoga session where the view from the large picture window captures you.

Need to work remotely or jump on a Zoom call? Use the office space upstairs to connect with colleagues.

The sleeping spaces are luxurious and comfortable. Rest and relaxation are a priority and you will find peace and quiet here at Blue Jay Landing.

To make this property affordable and reasonable for couples there is an extra guest fee of $12 for 2 people.

The age minimum is 25 (families with kids welcome).

The cleaning fee for 28+night stays is higher than the short-term cleaning fee in the listing. For stays 28 nights or longer, the cleaning fee is $250. The difference between this fee and the initial cleaning fee paid upon booking will be collected along with the deposits before check-in.
