Quick and easy checkin process . Easy communication with property manager. House was clean and exactly as shown in pictures. Great relaxing stay for our family.

Place was quite nice, plenty of room. Very nice pool ,lanai area, although some tears in the screen that never got repaired. Also. the plastic adirondack chairs were cracked. The manager told us that they would be replaced, but it never happened. Could use an outdoor grill at the property also.

Nice, But.....

The house is just as pictured. Newly renovated and mostly comfortable. We did have a few issues (unclean pool & 2 of 3 tv not connecting to wi-fi) and while the property manager was responsive, the issues went unresolved our entire stay which was disappointing. A few things of note: *Pool is not heated which is not something we even thought to check on as every place we've stayed previously was heated. *House is pet friendly which we knew from thr listing but the couch was covered in dog hair as was the rug in the main bedroom. We had dog hair all over us when we got up from the couch. *There are not many dishes, like three plates & bowls, 4 glasses, so dishwashing has to be done a lot. *Also not many bath towels so if staying more than a night or two, you have to wash. Washer & dryer are new and fast so that helps. *The house is on a busy and noisy street, which wasnt a big deal for us but could be for some. Overall good, we were just hoping for a little better for the price. Not quite as relaxing a vacation as we'd hoped.

Newly upgraded home is fantastic. Very clean, spacious, open and light. Top end appliances and comfortable beds round out a first class experience. Our host was very responsive to any questions we had, making our stay worry free. Highly recommended!
