The Space:
Pack up the family and get ready for a fun stay in sunny St. Augustine, just steps from the beach! Your vacation crew will love spending time here between outings in the resort-style pool surrounded by lots of space for the kids to run and play.

Step inside to a bright and spacious open floor plan. For relaxing downtime at home, there’s a sitting room with plush comfortable seating and a large Smart TV with cable and that can connect to your streaming accounts. The space is flanked by sliding glass doors, where you can step outside onto your private patio furnished with a dining table and chairs. For mealtime, there’s nothing more convenient than having a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher for quick clean-ups so you can get back to spending time with your loved ones. To enjoy your homemade creations, there’s a dining table and a breakfast bar that can also serve as a laptop-friendly workspace if needed.

When it’s time to rest and recharge, there are 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
Bedroom 1: King bed, Smart TV, direct access to the balcony with seating
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, single bunk beds, large closet, TV with DVD player, direct access to the balcony with seating

Just outside, there’s garage parking for 1 vehicle and outfitted with a washer and dryer, plus some beach accessories. There is a parking lot nearby if additional parking is needed.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo and community amenities during your stay.
Should you need anything, please let us know. We’re available 7 days a week.

The Neighborhood:
One of the best highlights of this property is its close proximity to attractions/activities, beaches, local eats, groceries, and golf. The kids will love the mini golf and zoo that’s super close to home! You’ll be within walking distance or a short drive of almost everything you could need!

Getting Around:
The optional airports and their approximate distances to the property are:
- Northeast Florida Regional Airport (UST): 11.5 miles
- Daytona Beach International Airport (DAB): 53 miles
- Jacksonville International Airport (JAX): 58 miles
- Orlando International Airport (MCO): 118 miles

Other Things to Note:
Guests will need to climb stairs inside the condo.

Beach chairs, towels, toys, and wagons are available. Please remember to rinse them after use.

No pets are permitted by guests or visitors.

For parking, you'll need to send the host the make, model, and license plate # of your car to ensure that your vehicle is secure and won't be towed.

There is no daily housekeeping, but a mid-stay cleaning can be arranged with prior notice for a fee.

Guests may need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.

For stays of 28 nights, the property manager may reach out to arrange a maintenance check.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third party to verify their identity and check criminal databases to confirm their reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.

WE KINDLY ASK ALL GUESTS TO ABIDE BY THESE HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) inside the unit, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a penalty of $300 USD.
- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am. Excessive noise is not tolerated during any hour.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters must provide a government ID on check-in day and may need to show ID during their stay when identity verification is necessary.
- Pets are not allowed.

Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in property using a door code. Full instructions and access codes will be sent before your arrival.
