This nicely updated 1-bedroom oceanside villa is located in the highly desirable Sea Side Villas. This first-floor villa, accessible by elevator, was completely renovated in January 2024. Renovations included an enhanced open floor plan with new furnishings, 42” and 50” flat-screen TVs, a remodeled kitchen with new cabinetry, countertops, and appliances, renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower. The freshly painted villa is ideal for a couple with a king-size bed in the bedroom.

You will be just steps away from the beach and within walking distance of the shops and restaurants of Coligny Plaza as well as the new Celebration Park.

This complex has convenient gated parking, a community pool, and even an area for grilling out. Laundry facilities are on each floor of the building.

Beautifully Renovated Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We found this place after our original rental with another rental company was canceled last minute. This one bedroom was recently renovated and very clean! Everything felt brand new and we were so grateful for the well appointed space. It is located right on the beach and in the heart of Forest Beach Area, with only a short walk to all the Coligny Plaza restaurants & shops. Wish the pool was beach side instead of street side so you could get more sunlight exposure during the day, but overall a great stay.
