The other two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and the other with two twin beds, share a newly renovated in 2025 marble bathroom with two sinks and a walk in shower.

Lower Level: The open lower level features another spacious family room with generous seating, a 55” flat screen television, iPod dock and access to the back yard. The guest room has two twin beds and a full shower bathroom. A large laundry room with two pairs of new washer and dryer is also located on the lower level. There is a bonus room for yoga, stretching and other floor activities.
