House in sun city west
You’ll love my place because of the cosiness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers. It is close to some of the spring training ball parks, golf courses, indoor and outdoor pools, mini golf, shopping centres and the list goes on. 25 minutes away from West Gate (NHL rink and NFL stadium). Two bedrooms with a king size in the master. Queen in the other bedroom. Very modern and full kitchen and BBQ as well. Very nice way to spend time off.
The space
Evenings are spectacular and the morning coffee is nice as well. Nice patio for relaxing and two lounge chairs to enjoy the heat.
Guest access
Laundry available in house. Lots of golf courses and pools. Shopping and restaurants are all within 10min
Other things to note
From May-September I will pay 150$ toward air conditioning...you will have to pay what you exceed
