A delightful and welcoming holiday property, beautifully presented with colourful modern décor, creating a lively atmosphere. The open plan living area features cosy leather lounges, timber flooring, and a 6-seat dining area. The adjoining kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, including gas hotplates, electric oven, microwave, and a dishwasher. The 2 queen size bedrooms each offer plush bedding, clothes storage space, and electric fans. Linen is provided. There is a central bathroom with a separate toilet, plus a laundry available for guest use.

Outside guests will find a gas BBQ and table seating in the fully fenced rear garden. The best of the peninsula’s attractions are just moments away, including world class wineries and golf courses, both bay and ocean beaches, national parks and walking tracks, and an abundance of trendy cafes and bars. There is off street parking for cars.
